I figured it was way more complex than my college physics old-man memory recall put together. I wonder with significant drag-inducing spoilers and aero like in F1 if acceleration is more linear, even with gearing considerations? There drag is a factor but a positive in reducing wheel slip, increasing friction.
And isn't there a way to read what tune our cars are currently running on? I'm on Eurocharged V5 but haven't played with the mygenius tool (nor do I want to and somehow completely foul my car up). I've not been able to find info about what the ECU contains and runs on (became curious with the various files that I dealt with adding the EC tune to car...).

Gearing is tighter and higher
Still tapers off though
I bet you're about the drag, offsets some of the gearing advantage

I remember, everyone would make a circle around the two people fighting, i mean, lots of school kids, and start singing happy birthday, so the teachers wouldnt know there was a fight going on inside the circle.

What I was trying to get at is a way for you to read what's on your ECU. Again, I don't know anything about this but if you couldn't figure out it the EC V5 tune had "taken" or was active or what have you, perhaps there's a way to double-check? Just a thought.
