yeah I've tried this setting as well but the rebound was too soft and my car was bouncy. So I put adjusted it a little bit harder and now it is better.
But I'm not lowered to the max (half way). How can you guys set it to the max!!?? What tire/wheel set up are you running?
Anyway I would suggest you to raise the car a bit.
OK I'll try adjusting the rebound 2 clicks harder, lets see.
I am running 20" Wheelsandmore.
KW allows you to lower the suspension to a minimum distance of 325mm between the centre of the fender and the centre of the wheel hub, essentially lowering the car by 1.2" if I'm not mistaken...
If I remember well I set 5 or 4 clicks from hard rebound.
Yeah Kw can go up to 1.2" low but If I lower my car to that max I will rub all over the place with my wheel settings and I run 19" flush. So with 20" I wonder what are your settings?

I had the installer remove the rear suspension and drill a 6mm hole in the middle of the mounting point, right above the adjustment screw, for easy adjustments in the future. Now the only difficulty is getting the carpet out of the way!
I had the installer drill a hole like others have mentioned. I also had him cut a flap in my trunk liner. You need a longer tool to reach the adjustment point but he had that covered also.
Sorry my cell phone took totally crappy blurry pictures, but I think you get the picture
After trying and trying, I have finally found a suitable setting for the street.
For those of you running 19" or larger and have lowered your car, here are my most recent comfort settings.
I will continually update this as I get a chance to explore more variations over different road surfaces.
I have tested these settings to highway speeds of 160kph (100mph), and the car still feels very stable, however turning is definitely not as tight as before. The biggest culprit I found was the rebound settings for comfort. My goal is to find the most comfortable without sacrificing handling for street. I would like to find the ideal bump to set, as these are the most difficult to change.
Front:
Rebound: 5 clicks from full SOFT (14 from Hard)
Bump: 10 from full hard
Rear
Rebound: 3 clicks from full SOFT (16 from Hard)
Bump: 12 from full hard
Mine are as follows... I notice a slight bounce at speeds under 30mph. Cornering is very good and no roll. Mine is not slammed but lowered about 1 inch.
Front Rebound: -8 from Full Hard
Front Comp: -3 from full Hard
Rear Rebound: -9 from full Hard
Rear Comp: -7 from full Hard
I would ideally like to get that ever slight bounce out of the lower speed but i think i would have to adjust the rear rebound to -7 from full hard and comp to -5 which is a PITA
I don't know how you can drive with settings that soft particularly on the rebound. Mine was bouncing all over the place with rebound 5 clicks from soft
I have mine set to moderate/less aggressive. Do not want the risk of dinging something up riding extremely low. Plus, I want this set of PSS to last a good bit of time (LOL)
Ok I take that back. After some intense testing, the car still bounces all over the place. As a driver you don't really feel it as much as a passenger. What I'm trying to find are the smoothest settings with the least bounce.
Perhaps it's just a height issue? Does anyone know how to tell if you hit the bump stops and that's what's causing the roughness?
After some playing around again, raised the ride height on the springs by 15mm.
Car is slightly higher now, but much, much more comfortable. Seems like the KW's dont like to ride too low with large rims.
Now I am back to playing around with the settings, finding these most comfy so far
