So with 4000 miles my rears are completely shot. Fronts look fine. Evidence I drove it properly ![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)
I'm going to the track next week so I needed something soon. I decided to get some stock 255 Contisport 5p for 3 reasons. First was for comparison - I wanted to see how much perfomance I've lost since new and have something I was familiar with. Second since I wasn't replacing the fronts I didn't want to increase the width/diameter of the rear. Third the 5P weigh 3lbs less than PSS in 255/30/19.
OK so a few track days and I'll need some new rubber. Here is where the fun begins:
Option 1 PSS is 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear (avail mid Aug.)
Option 2 Competition tires (R888, Pilot Sport Cup, ContiForceContact) in 265/30/19 rear - as there aren't any 275/30/19.
If I go option 2 should I get 235/35/19 or 245/35/19 in front (PSC are only avail in 235)

Let me know if you go with the 275's and how they work out. I have PSS 245 fronts and 265 rears in the mail. I know the tire shop is going to be hesitant with not following OEM and figured it'd be less of a hassle to get them to throw 265's on than the 275's.
