Door pillar vs. gas cap tire pressure recs
Hi all - quick question. The door pillar tire pressure spec lists only 1 tire pressure rec for the OEM tires, 42F/46R for my 18" tires. The gas cap lists those pressures but also lists what is I think the "light duty" pressure option of 39/39. Since I never have more than 1 passenger (ain't no one else fitting behind my 6'5" frame, much less in the back seat of my '14 coupe), I'm assuming the light duty spec is fine? I'm sure I'll get a tire pressure dash warning, however, so I'll need to reset that too, correct, if I lower the pressures?
Thanks

I never noticed the gas door having tire pressure recommendations until now. I'll be damn. My German isn't so good, but I missed that. Dropped to 40/40 and I gotta say I like it better than the door pillar recommendations considering I never drive heavy (3 or more).
The already stiff suspension is a little easier on the butt. Good thread
