Star Diagnostics Sydney
Hello Sydney peeps (or others willing to travel!)
Just letting everyone know, that i have Star Diagnostics computer.
This is exactly what Mercedes use to diagnose at the dealership, and change certain things in the car. (Video in motion, lowering of Airmatic Cars, Cornering lamps, etc etc. Im sure everyone is aware)
Anyhow, not selling it. But if anyone needs some things done, or wants to change features on their car, etc, im happy to assist. Im in Sydney, and could arrange a time for you to come to me.
Not charging a fee or anything. Just happy to help out, as back when i needed to use Star Diag, i couldnt find anyone in Sydney who had it. Everyone who had it was in the US, and everyone in the US was willing to offer their Star Diag to local people. So im just doing the same for Sydney.
Been meaning to put this post up a while ago, just kept forgetting. And my memory was refreshed when i saw it in the cupboard.
FYI is C3 Star (not online) with IBM T30.
I bought it from overseas in 2012 (it was current then). But it still works fine for our cars.

TBH, with our C63's there isnt a whole lot (though im not THAT experienced with it) Can run Fault Code check, and clear fault codes. But honestly, with the C63 there wasnt much for me to do.
I dont have AirMatic or TV Tuner.
But with the ML63 (W164) and E63 (W211) i did HEAPS with it.
Video in motion (E63)
Lowering Airmatic (E63 & ML)
Flashing brake lights (E63 & ML)
Beep on lock & unlock (ML & E63)
Making the footwell lights brighter at night (E63)
Disable the seatbelt warning (E63)
There was other things but i cant remember.
I havnt figured out how to disable seatbelt warning on C63, but maybe someone out there has more experience than i do with it.

Was basically just putting it out there for people that wanted to use Star Diag but couldnt be bothered with buying everything, but putting it all together.
