The bruised egos of the BMW owners and their neverending string of excuses is hilarious. While most of the excuses are obnoxious, the one that I can't get over but keeps getting repeated in that thread is: "We didn't buy these cars for racing! The M3 is not for racing!" That's just a complete cop-out.

C63 AMG 507 Edition
For the last gen, you can say:
C63 - straight line acceleration, mid range torque, V8 sound
M3 - cornering, 10/10's dynamics and handling, manual gearbox if you want it
RS4 - all weather traction, V8 sound (different to C63 but still amazing), manual gearbox
Whilst they are competing in the same general marketplace, they are appealing to different tastes.
So for every "I walked that M3" story from a C63 driver, you have an equal number of "I lapped that C63" story from a M3 driver, and a "I left that C63 sliding off the road" story from an RS4 driver.

Many states require a bond payment for international visitors or folks from states that are not part of the national license compact when ticketed and before being released...drag you to a magistrate lol
In compact member states if you get an out of state ticket it goes on your home state record
If you don't pay it they will suspend your license
In addition if you rent a car they have your CC
They will use it to pay outstanding violations
It's in the fine print
And knows no governmental boundries lol

Agree whole heartedly!
This is exactly the point I was making. I dont think its accurate to say the C63 is better than the M3 and the RS4. It's better at it in some things, but not in others.

Unless, of course, we were bitten by one when we were, like, 4-years old. And now have grown-up issues that jade us into being the haters we see posting periodically. Nothing good to say about anything they don't like or don't have. But, won't call anyone out.
Full disclosure?? I, for one, have my eyes on both of the others for a future purchase...........preferably an RS5.

Texas has the highest limits, 85MPH in some areas. I would stay below 100MPH and under 25MPH over any limits and you should be able to stay out of jail and keep your car if you get pulled over by police. You will get a large ticket. But who cares. You are out of the country by the time they try to come after you for not paying.
You can search Wikipedia about speed limits in USA and I think you'll find some helpful information on all those states.

Then you'd have to imagine someone saying "Pfft, it's just a regular Mercedes" and topped off with a . None of them are "regular" or "run of the mill", especially when the 550's are sporting TT v8's with over 400hp. At least, that's what I believe "snowmuch" was getting at.
