i honestly don't under why people don't like that plate

all these M3s always talk crap about the C63 and everyone is just like what ever. maybe its cause the C63 crowd is a bunch of old people that don't mod their cars. the ones that do do a great freaking job lol

A lot of the people with the stock ones are usually the ones that are hating on people like Mthis and Me.

I was on one of Mthis's threads and people are like why are you racing a 335i blah blah blah. Those people have stock c63 like GTFO. They don't even know what a FBO 335i is capable of.

One of the comments was no i don't know what they are capable of but i don't like them.

people have nothing better to do but be jackasses cause they have Mercedes, a stock one at that. thats no different than like 75 percent of C63s :roll eyes:

Lucky you...I did the same, before the W204 C63 came out (2008) I put a deposit and waited for 1.5-2 months. Just be careful where you park cause of your personalized plate . Anyway enjoy your soon to be do what ever you want, your car, your money!

OP, just to get it out of the way I'm 24 so this isn't coming from some "old guy."

I'm just going to say that this is a different community than the ones you are used to. For reference, I've had a 911 turbo w/ big turbos and stupid power, RS4, 135i, Sti that went through 2 motors, and 2 C63's. I've also been on all those boards and they are vastly different.

That said, this isn't bimmerfest/e90post or audizine/audiworld or nasioc etc. Every once in a while someone here pops up here that is outside of the norm. So please excuse us grumpy old men for jumping down your throat on your first topic.

Furthermore, just because our signatures aren't loaded up with mod lists doesn't necessarily mean that people here are running 100% stock cars. As mentioned, it is just a completely different community.

I have somewhat of a vanity plate myself. Just not like this. I fully understand that you're having fun with it but it also just grabs more negative attention from people than positive. You already said that you expected these comments though.

Most of us here respect all brands. We aren't out to bash m3's constantly. My neighbor has one and I love the car.

Good luck modding your 205, thing should have some pretty awesome upgrades within the first few months of release. Just adjust yourself a little and you'll go a long way in this community and might actually learn a thing or two.

Thanks man. Like I said above. Not all people are gonna modify their cars. I could care less if someone's car is modded. To each his own. Yeah I expected people to say stuff but this blkrokt dude or what ever he is took it a little too far. He could call it stupid for all I care doesn't matter to me. What's so wrong with a stock 63? Is it a bad car just because its stock?
I don't hate on people with modded 63s but I don't feel the need to mod my car (at the moment). Does that make me an old person and a "jackass?"
