Smog legal bolt ons
Good Sunday to you all,
Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket bolt on parts that are CARB approved (as I live in California) or have some other certification for use on street cars? And will the various tunes cause the C63 to not pass a smog inspection? As most know, CA has very stringent smog laws and they seem to get worse every year. Thanks for any and all answers.

Thanks for the reply jrcart. Weistec is located in Anaheim which is only a short distance from me (San Clemente). That supercharger is a huge gain in power! I wonder what it would do to the already so-so gas mileage of the stock C63 with P31 package and, of course, the new car warranty. Anyway, thanks again for the info and your SLS is absolutely bad *** looking.

The stage 1 is actually not bad on gas. I ran a Stage 1 on one of my cars for about a year. It's a great system becuse its docile when you are just cruising around town but when you drop the hammer its a monster.
