Wheel bolt to stud conversion

I tried searching this forum with no luck.
Has anyone actually converted from lug bolts to studs on their mercedes?
Seems the options would be much better for lug nuts instead of >$600 titanium bolts for aftermarket.
I did see the H&R conversion kit, anyone tried this one in particular?

what is the real advantage to this? you dont need titanium lug bolts. If your looking to shave weight off the car there are plenty of better mods for the money. Not to mention starting with a 4000lbs car wasnt the best choice.

My intention is not to save weight.
The point was only that the wheel bolt market is extremely limited compared to lugs.
Obviously trying to save weight at the inner diameter of the wheel is useless.

Considering how expensive our cars are and that I just spent thousands on a set of wheels I am interested in some descent lugs to compliment said wheels.

it also makes mounting aftermarket wheels much easier, especially if they're not hubcentric.
