New Exhaust System Setup! Help?

Last month I purchased MBH headers and mids. I loved the sound of the car, it was loud and obnoxious and the cold starts were awesome. However I was forced to get rid of it because my neighbors weren't too happy with the loud startup and idle especially during the mornings and nights.
I get out of work late at night(2am-4am) and usually by then the car is cold and the startup is loud. My job is around residential houses so they called the cops on me. The cop was nice because he knew where I worked so he gave me a month to find a solution to silence the car.

Couple weeks ago I purchased the Agency Power valvetronic exhaust. I did some of my own modifications to the exhaust and then installed the mufflers.

With the valves closed the car sounds quiet but with the valves open they're pretty loud. Not as loud as the stock mufflers with mbh headers but still pretty loud.

With the valves closed the startup is quiet which is good for my neighbors.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to make the car even louder when the valves are open, but at the same time keep the quietness with the valves closed.

Cut Outs as mort said. Probably the best option.
