Headlight Question

Does anyone know how to wire or if there is a kit where the headlight led is on with the fog light LED's? Check photos below.

I 'lost' my DLRs in my Black Series Conversion as the BS bumper does not have DLRs. I asked my dealership whether the LED parking lights could be programmed to be always on instead. The answer, after sincere consideration/investigation, was:
'Unfortunately the lighting system is on a CAN controller network which means they are voltage coded. It would mean reprogramming the signal acquisition modules which control the lights and we do not have the capability to perform that action. So sorry...'

So, at the very least, it is not a no-brainer. If anybody knows how to do this, I'd love to hear about it too!

When there is a will there is a way. Especially when both are on when you lock the car.
