Did you finally figure out that you shouldn't run a Stage III with stock driveline?

Raw benz ya gronk, jrcart has been running stg3 with a stock tranny along with many others.
Depends on the miles and condition of car. No need to change the diff either, LSD perhaps.
The mct tranny holds the power better.

Steve is a good guy and true enthusiest, he is probably a bigger car/performance/racing nut than most guys on this board. Everyone at Weistec is good people. It was unfortunate with what happened to you and how Weistec kinda got caught in the middle with the seller and you since the blower was in Wesitec's possesion but the seller owed Weistec a lot of money for parts on the blower. Some companies would have just turned a blind eye and said F it. This just goes to show the level of customer service and commitment Weistec offers, not just for guys like me that have purchased 4 blowers from them but from guys who have purcahsed their product on the open market and even used market. People have made comments in other threads anout me getting special treatment because of my high dollar cars and all the bussiness I have given them but this goest to show that they will go the extra mile for anyone.
On a side note, Weistec is headed out to the Shift Sector Airstrip Event this weekend. I can not make it out there so Steve will be piloting my CLK63 BS. The CLK is just off a fresh engine rebuild with a sleeved motor, stronger rods and new pistons which has allowed them to push the boost up to insane levels. I am told the car is making over 1500hp so we should see at least 210mph out of it in the 1/2 mile this weeknd if they are able to find some traction. I believe the standing 1/2 mile RWD production car world record is 213mph set by a tt Viper just this past June so we should be knocking on the door of that record this weekend.

In this world of conflict, and after what happened this week in my hometown.. Opinions on other ppl's religion is very delicate.
Hope both of u can look passed this conflict & find a way to co-exist & get along. Afterall, we are all linked by our passion to the C63.

Thx RawBenz, yes my little family are doing well.. It was the scariest day of my life as my son daycare is few blocks from the Parliament so it got locked down til late afternoon. Can we all get along?

OP -- Very luck to have everything work out. Hope you NEVER gift someone money again though. I usually just negotiate with people and offer to pay 1.5% of the PP fees.
As for this bashing, sigh. So much of this has come up lately it's ridiculous.
Let this one sink in for you... As a Jew and a former Marine who has been in more firefights than I care to remember, blown up by 4 IEDs which forced me out of the corps, and lost friends at war, I'll be the first to defend an American Muslim who is minding their own business and being harassed by anyone. I made friends with many many Muslims while I was in Afghanistan and most of them are good people caught with having a bad label in a worse situation. The issue is radical Muslims who treat people a certain way in a new world that is completely unacceptable by any rational mindset no matter who you are.
This happens with any group of people... Look at gun owners around the world. One person goes off on a shooting rampage and suddenly guns need to get banned. I still love the saying "I put my shotgun out on the porch and told it to shoot the next person who walked by. It never did."
Benz -- You did come out swinging first though. Leave that stuff in PMs.
This is a great forum community and among us there is almost any piece of info you need on the c63 out there. We don't need a few outliers coming in here with their e-fights and discouraging people from joining and becoming part of this community.
