C63 Diffuser Question
I bought a 2012 carbon fiber diffuser off of eBay from a person with the username: wing2238
The second i opened the diffuser from the box, already one of the tabs were broken. I didn't think it was much of a problem till I took it to two body shops and they told me that all the tabs were too deformed and cheaply made so the diffuser couldn't be installed on my car and now the diffuser is useless.
The eBay user blocked me from any contact, and I contacted my credit card company for my refund so I will have to wait and see what happens with that.
My question is if I can get all of these cheap tabs cut off and re install new tabs so I don't have to spend $100 to ship it back to China.
Thank you.

You will need to find a carbon shop that will do it, but in the end you will be spending just as much. Word to the wise, Don't buy ebay parts from China. Your car deserves better. I admit I have done so in the past when I was younger and modifying JDM cars, but MB is a different world and class. Hope it works out for you.

Those tabs look thin. The ones on my Vorsteiner look like that but are thick and sturdy.
I'd try to sell it damaged and buy the Mode Carbon diffuser.
I will never buy parts overseas. I had parts come damaged too many times and not worth the headaches or cost.
