I dealt with Jack Holley your operations director who argued state and federal law with me concerning reserved parking spaces for those automobiles displaying the correct placard. Jack explained that your company photographs and uses all customer cars as marketing tools without the owners permission or the owners knowledge and without any type of compensation to the customer.

Jack was our operations manager and was let go late last year. Since then we have changed a lot of protocols and the way operations run here. If you ever do decide to give us another chance, please let me or the owners personally know and we will take care of you.

I was recently interviewed and asked by a news organization how life was like living with a disability or how it was for disabled veterans. I used these issues and your company as an example. You can blame it all you want on past or current employees since that is the chicken **** way out but I promise you there is plenty of proof these actions still continue. Since the camera crew who interviewed me went past your shop on several occasions to verify my story.
Jacky, to come on here and make excuses for how your company operates is just sad. Your owners had a nice write up in the New Times when their company started. I'm sure it would be sad if a much bigger news organization published a story in the same month that The Americans with Disabilities Act turns 25 years old showing how much your company cares about the laws that protect those Americans who live with Disabilities. Oh and just so you know, because of what I do for a living I recorded Jack blaming your owners for how the company is run when I was in his office. A little more than spamming internet sites might be needed to fix this!

I appreciate the feed back and will make sure my owners know. I don't try to make any excuses. But I am here to help the MB community.
