i've only ever done 2 burnouts, but the 1st one i did was on new tires and well...I needed new tires about a month later because the burnout i did was like easily 200-300 feet long and black as *** LOL...the problem is you have no idea how long the burnout really is till you drive by and leave a **** stain in the seat

How does one tell if they have a mechanical LSD or the electronic version? '11 P31 bought used so no window sticker? Also what are the best LSDs for these cars? Mostly street driven though come spring I'll proably make a few 1/4 mile passes! Thx.

In a straight line your car would lay 2 tracks without an LSD. Mine did all the time before, I added the Wavetrac.

Looks like wavetrac and quaife are the two top choices so far. What do you think between the two?

Both solid options. Can't really go wrong.

I chose Wavetrac, I honestly couldn't tell you why. I think I like the name better than Quaife. I have been extremely happy with the decision to add LSD. I can't believe they don't come factory.

Thanks for the input guys. My dealer parts guy said my car doesn't have an lsd so I'm def in the market for one. Looks like both are good options, wavetrac seems to be less expensive. Thx!
