UPDATE: DPE Headers with true merge collectors, coated inside and out after hand finishing with a dremel. Plus cat delete.
Result: 485rwhp from 6500rpm to 7400rpm.
To get past 500rwhp I'm thinking Weistec heads, but in the interests of science I may try higher flow dry air filters...
