Don't use coolant use water. And don't forget you have water in there if your car sees freezing temps!!
I keep the water a couple inches from the top normally. At the track I'll drain it till it's just an inch or so above the pump intake at the bottom then add two or three bags of smashed up loose ice. The more surface area of the ice the better so smash it on the ground in the bag before adding. Pack it full of ice.
You need to install a switch inside the car so you can turn the pumps off, OR pull BOTH fuses for each pump while your in the staging lanes. You want to throw the fuses in right before you go up for burn out, or if you have a switch like I do, flick the pumps on when you do yours burnout. This way the ice will last the whole run.
I also put a bag of ice on the blower and Y tube between runs. Push the car. Don't let it heat soak. If your driving there allow 2-3 hours for it to cool down or trailer it there. I like to hit the water box with oil temps around 65c.
Use manual mode and just stomp it off the line. Watch your shifts they will come very quick especially first gear, you need to shift 1st at around 4500rpm with the regular 7g tranny.
When between runs hood up and I let the interior fan run on hot to pump heat out for a bit if she is hot.
