Strange shifting after headers

After having long tubes installed about a month ago, I have been experiencing some odd shifting. In auto/sport mode, when tipping in the throttle quickly from slow speeds, the tranny will upshift momentarily before downshifting. It doesn't happen every time, but often enough to be annoying. Consequently, it seems like the throttle response is delayed and I have to get somewhat further into the pedal for the car to downshift and start pulling.
Any ideas?

Sounds like the transmission has learned something. I would go ahead and have the dealer reset all the adaptations

Try reseting the MCT TCU.
Here is a recent thread describing how.

agreed try resetting the transmission (takes 5 mins) and I bet that resolves the issue. These transmissions work great after a reset but as they "learn" they become slow and dumb. That reminds me I should probably reset mine again!

Thanks guys. I tried the TCU reset and shifting seems better so far.
