There have been a few dynos showing ~ 420 on a dynojet on pre-facelift cars. At 18% drive train loss that equals ~ 512 (420/.82) FHP.

Mort is right,

But Dyno's should be taken with a grain of salt. Its really just a tool to measure gains / losses if you are modifying your vehicle.

There is still yet more power to be gained from further tuning. My P31 was custom tuned by our shop, there is still a noticeable gain via datalogging (which is often inaccurate in terms of hard numbers, but does source a delta value).

I did attempt to dyno my car before the headers, however our dyno was malfunctioning and we needed to have it re-calibrated. (I generated 1.2HP and apparently over 8 million foot pounds of torque...).

I would call 15% loss somewhat inaccurate, and more likely on a conventional or somewhat antiquated automatic. Perhaps when the car is transferring power via torque converter, but the automatic does achieve full lockup in almost all operating situations.
