Coupe has different service intervals than sedan
Just looking through the Service Manual and was surprised to see differences in Coupe vs. Sedan. Can this be right?
- fuel filter replacement: sedan 200,000 km/10 years; coupe 240,000 km/15 years
- coolant flush: sedan 200,000/10 years; coupe 240,000/15 years
- fuel filter replacement: sedan 200,000 km/10 years; coupe 240,000 km/15 years

150,000 miles /15yrs is the correct one.
you are forgetting the 2015 is a different car entirely- its a 205 chassis not a 204 like your coupe.
