Ok you had the secondary air pump fault code probably. Because these shut off valves are for the 2nd air pump system. Used usually during cold start to inject more air as the air fuel mixture tends to be rich. What could happen is these valves can remain stuck open. I think the whistling sound is your secondary pump working constantly.
This has nothing to do with the pcv valve.

Hi everyone
here to bring you bad news, so i took my vehicle from the dealer today, everything seems to be fine except this:
I went to the highway, suddenly a very hard judder from the rear, the few seconds later a smoke and something came out my car... hopefully a was near a rest area, when i came out my car i could notice a huge plastic smell and lot of smoke coming from my rear left wheel ( the one they change my bearing), i check with a light the inside, and many elements were burn, my car start a little fire it seems... My car is going to mercedes tomorrow morning, they will hear me i swear it!!! goddam it, or they forgot a tool somewhere... follow me to know the next episode^^
My night will be short, this is getting me anxious

Hi everyone, sorry for the late but, my problem is solved, it was my ball bearings with were faulty, both sides, no more noises from the rear now and the smoke with came out from my wheel was the brakes pad( the park brakes) were stuck... mistake from the technician they said, anyway my car is working now
I got another little problem but not from the rear now, so new post! thanks for you help!
