They should have never put back seats in these cars, I do not even consider one with a back seat a real Black Series and most hard core fans and collectors agree. The rear seat delete aero package cars were the rarest and continue to be in the higest in demand and have retained their values the best. Non aero package cars are the least in demand and their resale prices reflect that.

Solarbeam yellow was never a factory option for any country on the C BS. AMG built a few for promotional purposes but the cars were never sold to the public. The first car that solarbeam was made available on was the SLS BS and is now available on the GT-S.

Who is in the market for a BS and asks for back seats, I mean, COME ON NOW! Sure, the price is a bit cheaper, but the car is a RACE CAR. Not a luxury cruiser.
