Purchasing 2009 C63
Hello group, haven't had a Mercedes in a while, used to have a 1986 W126 560 Sel and Sec, Koineg wide body, but am looking at purchasing a C63, 2009' with 96'000' kilometres on it. All service records, immaculate. Don't know much about these other that they are a lovely beast.. What should I look out for, what he out for. Any information would be a great help.

Headbolts. That's at least what everyone is going to tell you. Not all cars are affected, actually very few M156's are affected. However, without a warranty it can become a bit of a headache.
If you can, budget a few grand aside and get them replaced with the facelift headbolts.
Otherwise, clean car, clean records, and it will be good fun!

PurpleHeartAMG summed it up. Only other thing you should look out for is enjoying yourself too much, this car will put a smile on your face every time you drive it...speaking of which, I think I'll run to the store for no damn reason

for the past 22 years had all wheel drive cars...they were all a hoot until the gov here craked down on speeding (as all the above were only fun , in the rain and at high speed) well the evo was a hoot all the time actually
I've had a c63 for 1 month now.....fark its fun......even at the speed limit, it sounds bezerk, it goes sideways everywhere....and its comfy too! I love it, just wish it had rear flares , and that cruise control could be used with the T/C in sport or off position....j
