My car is making a noise that seems to emanate from the steering column just behind the wheel when turning. Best way to describe the noise is a squishy, rubbery noise like tennis shoes on a damp tile floor. It does it all temperatures and speeds. At a stand still, even just the slightest movement of the wheel left or right causes it. It's definitely coming from the inside and it's not tire noise. Anyone else have this problem or have an idea of what may be causing it?
