Help a pcmcia n00b

So I just discovered what the slot is in my dash. I found a lot of old threads leading to discontinued items. Can anyone recommend a current adapter for SD cards? Would love to use a 32 GB I have laying around.

Thanks. I've read some horror story reviews where using the wrong one bricked the entire system.

I did the same. Depending on what SD card you use, you might need to format it to play mp4's

I don't see why not... It's a great (cheap) alternative for BT music.

I was looking into it but couldn't confirm it would work with android since the car only has the old iphone/pod connector.

Looks like some people have tried and it doesn't work.

There is no physical way that an PCMCIA CF or SD card adapter can brick the system, now the contents on said cards that you are trying to read, that is another story since the Comand system is WinCE (think before Windows XP Kiosk Version), and easy to confuse and is a piece of **** OS

My wife's old iphone 4 might work. Just fill it up with music and plug it in?
