Help a pcmcia n00b
So I just discovered what the slot is in my dash. I found a lot of old threads leading to discontinued items. Can anyone recommend a current adapter for SD cards? Would love to use a 32 GB I have laying around.

There is no physical way that an PCMCIA CF or SD card adapter can brick the system, now the contents on said cards that you are trying to read, that is another story since the Comand system is WinCE (think before Windows XP Kiosk Version), and easy to confuse and is a piece of **** OS

I was looking into it but couldn't confirm it would work with android since the car only has the old iphone/pod connector.
Looks like some people have tried and it doesn't work.
