High Idle in Park and Neutral

High Idle in Park and Neutral
My brother's car has just been retuned again and is running quite well.

We've noticed though in drive the car idles fine, the needle is where it should be.

But once you put it in Park or Neutral the idle rises to 1000rpm... :S

Any ideas?

Yeah my brother contacted them and they said they're not sure. He asked them if they could lower the idle in Park and Neutral and they said no. :S
