What is the difference between P30 and P31 packages on a 2013 C63 Coupe?

. AMG high-performance braking system with compound front rotors 14.2" with 6-piston fixed calipers at front axle, perforated and internally ventilated for optimum weight and enhanced fatigue strength.

So I have the alcantara steering wheel, the red beaks and the carbon fibre spoiler. I was told it had the P31 package but when I ran the VIN is says P30. Original owner must have added the red brakes as an option but not the full P31 package???

2013 model year only had the P31 option.

You saved yourself some money. Buy an after market CF spoiler and tune and you are set

I didn't save anything. It has the spoiler already and I was told by the dealer, and paid for the full P31 package.

When you run the VIN and get like 40 codes back the p31 package is split up into different parts, one of which says P30. Confusing yes, but this is how Mercedes labels it. Even more confusing since there used to be a package actually code p30, but they are very different. If you go the dealership and ask for the window sticker printout (i.e. base price with listed options), you'll see the p31.

Look for code 923, that is the one for the extra horsepower. Code 251 is the one for higher top speed, U70 is the red calipers, etc. Code 471 is the LSD, which you may not have since it is a separate option for 2012+.

It is impossible to have a c63 couple with just the p30 package as that is pre-facelift only (in the US).

I'm looking for a C63 and found a P31 coupe with everything that it's supposed to have but it doesn't have a CF trunk spoiler (painted body color). Should I be worried?
