Sway Bar End Link
I noticed that my steering (after lowering) was a little "clunky".
Not so much while driving, but over speed humps i would get a very slight "clunk" from the front end.
Driving around was OK. High speeds i would get a very slight wobble, and i would find myself "fighting" the steering wheel a little depending on the road surface.
Anyhow, had the car up on the hoist, and had a look at the front end. Noticed the drivers side sway bar end link had more play than the passenger size.
I looked them up, and here in Australia they are $40ea side.
(you lucky guys in US can get them even cheaper:

Anyhow, i ordered them here and they arrived next day.
I ordered both sides as i thought would be better to have matching new pair.
Fitted them myself (very simple)
Best $80 i spent (so to speak)
Steering feels very tight now. No clunks. No wheels following the roads. Fixed everything.
Anyhow, thought i would share my experience in case others have a similar issue and are worried it will cost alot.
Happy motoring!

I needed a new pair also already after 17,000 miles. Mercedes did it under warranty and yes, it made a significant difference.
Lately I start to feel something similar in the rear - those are probably going to be next.
