I am addicted to this car, just wish I could afford something newer. Every time I think I am done fixing something....I get slapped with another lemon. One video from outside the car plays the chirpy sound I am hearing and the other video from the engine bay shows the first pictured pulley (barely visible; bad angle) moving back and forth while the second pictured pulley doesn't move. Is this just a matter of replacing the pulleys?
