I also just need to mount my trunk tank. Fired it up and it runs good except the fans are on high for some reason. I'll need to call about that.

Yup. Kind of strange they would run at the highest speed at all times, but if it needs it I guess it needs it. I'm excited to drive it.

just an fyi, Id leave the power steering reservoir unmounted when you first start the car. Have someone hold the reservoir up high so it can gravity feed the pump to help bleed it better and quicker. Once it stops making noise you're good. Hope you're getting excited. The blower makes it a savage beast of a car.

Well it's all finished and finally got to drive it for more than a couple blocks. Minus a really weird high pitch noise that I get at 1500, 1900 and 3000 rpm "it sounds like a tornado siren going off" super loud hurts the ears, otherwise this thing is crazy!!!! It just pulls hard all through the powerband. I can say that In the spring it will half to get the transmission upgrade it allready feels like it can't Handel the power more so in sport mode than in manual mostly because I was shifting at lower rpm. So all in all I absolutely love it and the help from Weistec has been great! And I will update more as it actually looks like I may be able to drive it a bit more in the next few days before it goes into storage for the winter.

try and get a video of the whine. Obviously some whine is to be expected from the blower. The factory oil separator valve/crankcase vent valve can also have a tear in the diaphragm that makes strange whistling noises, or cause the rear main crankshaft seal to make wierd noises because of the crank case pressure.

^^^ also try driving in it M mode otherwise you will cook your tranny there is not enough line pressure in other modes to handle all that torque

Mine is also a monster. It really doesn't wine though. My exhaust is straight piped and I have no X. I do have cats.
I also get a kind of weird chirping noise under light acceleration. I'm thinking it is just the rotor noise.
