Is the rear defuser supposed to be carbon fiber? The one that goes around the exhaust?

Nope, they are all non cf. If it is cf, then somebody upgraded it.

Yes the carbon package is interior. The CF rear deck spoiler is part of the development package (P31) and maybe the edition packages.

^ This. The only other CF option (available in Canada) were CF mirrors.

I have just the lipvon the trunk carbon and thought the defuser was supposed to be carbon also.

Does anyone know a good decent priced carbon defuser for a coupe?

Also my car was a renntech St 2 but the owner took off the carbon intake and kept the hand held renntech programmer.

Is there a way other then to dyno it to see what firmware the ECU has on it?

The car is fast and ballz and I think he left the dual 82mm tbs installed.

I think the car might have headers also because it sounds a little louder than what I expected.

You already have the hood open in the video, why not look and find out if you have headers?!

I will I have the car sent to my storage but I was really meaning like secondary cats or resonator work done.I'll have to get it on a lift to see what's going on under there.
