Is this a good deal?

Personally, when I was in the market, the absolute must haves were: Lighting package, Keyless-GO, and multimedia. LSD, Lane Tracking etc. were nice to haves, but not deal breaker for me. I have read that the factory LSD isn't all that great anyway, and the aftermarkets like Quaife & Wavtrac are far better.
Many dealers don't understand the options part of it - and just because a car has super low miles, they think they can price them the same as cars that have the most sought-after options. To me, a car with 10K miles and just a basic car with pretty much no options is worth less than a car with 35K miles and most of the factory options. The motor and tranny on these cars are damn near bulletproof - especially a well maintained one.
One thing I learned in the process of buying a C63 (which took me longer than any other car I've bought in the past) is that the right car is out there , but just takes longer to find. To me, mileage was important - but when you think about it, an owner that had a car for 2 years since new and only drove 10K might not have taken care of the car (and the first thousands of miles are most critical for the motor's break-in period) as an owner that drove 30K miles, but was diligent in the maintenance of the vehicle.
Just some things to keep in mind ... my .02

^I have a lot of reading to do in order to figure out what all the available options are for the 12-14 models. I see the data cards and run the vins to get all the options included on certain car. What is the lighting package? Is keyless-GO the push button start? WHat is multimedia option?
My budget is about 50k and preferably I would like a 2014 with low miles to be able to take advantage of whats left on the factory warranty. Currently im looking at a '12 with 16k miles, p31 package, lsd for $43,000. Seems like a good deal but its black on black and thats not really what I want
