White Smoke
So today I started my car after a couple days, and upon ignition a puff of white smoke came out of the exhaust, any reasons why this might have occurred?

Most likely water condensation. If you have some miles, it's not uncommon for a little oil to get by and sit in the cylinders. When you start, puff.
As long as it's not an ongoing stream of smoke, you're fine.

my old 911 turbo would do that sometimes if it sat for like a week or so. would only happen at start up and after smashing the throttle for a few mins wouldn't return again unless it sat around.
