Help with new wheels
Hi all!
I´m new here on MBworld.org and quite new C63 owner. This summer I have been hitting the track a couple of times and now I´m looking for a pair of extra wheels. I have found a set of rims and wonder if they will fit?
I´m thinking about 18" 8,5" et40 front and 10" et45 back with 245/35 and 285/30, will this be good?
It´s a 2009 C63 S204 with Performance package
Thanks in advance

OEM wheel specs are
18x8 or 19x8 = +45mm Front
18x9 or 19x9 = +54mm Rear
Front with an 8.5 wide I think you are good with 40-45mm offset, rear with a 9.5 wide I think you're good with a 48-55mm offset. I've heard that 285 is hit and miss on rubbing.
I think you would be safe with a 245/40/18 in the front, and a 285/35/18 in the rear, but it seems that most people go for a 275 in the rear...
I just went through the same questions. There is a lot of good info on this site, but there is some conflicting info as well... Things were complicated because my source initially told me my setup wouldn't fit because they made a mistake. Wait for someone with more experience on this than me before you make any decisions though, ideally Roswell, he knows his stuff.
