Wobble Bolts [for greater wheel range]

I did not know they had bolts named after my nickname......
But I would not touch those with a barge-pole. Looks like a bad idea for a high powered car driven hard. I had enough rim issues last year without those already.

Interesting idea, as long as the bolts are set to the proper torque, and of course as long as the washers don't distort at all.

make wheels fit your car that weren't made in the correct size... lol. This is some vw,honda cheapo ricer solution rather than buy the right wheels. hell no.

I've done these on my VW before.
350WHP, big turbo, worked without any issue. It's really a tiny tiny variance, and I never had any issues with it.
I wouldn't choose to do this if I had a choice, but, 5x112 really limits wheel choices unless you go full custom, which people with VWs don't typically like to do!
5x114.3 -> 5x112
2.3MM Spread between 5 Bolts. It's why that tiny ****hair of a gap that spacer gives you is enough to allow that.
To each their own.

There is your first problem.
There is your second problem. "big turbo" and FWD don't usually go in the same sentence and sound good.
I am just messing with you man.

Wobble bolts have been used for decades. Really nothing new.
However it is a risk, you will in all likeliness be okay, but its a risk none-the-less.
IF you have 5 x 114 wheels you can re-drill them to 5x112 very easily. Just need a wheel shop to do it. Much safer and you don't need to press in inserts since its so close.
