Daytime Running Light dead in 3 years?
I tried to search this topic but could not find any info on this.
I drive a "13 with 16,000 miles and the other day I got an error on the dash "Right DRL error" and noticed that the right-side DRL was not working at all.
From my understanding these LED DRL's should last more than 3 years?
What would you reckon I do - get it checked out in case it´s just a loose connector or just go ahead and order a new one?
I visited my local MB dealer and they quoted me 300$ for just the right side DRL
Thanks in advance!
Here's a picture of her just because I hate threads without pictures.

This guy has great stuff. When my driver side went out I ordered a replacement from him for 140$ shipped and it ended up being brighter then the other side so I ordered the passenger side. He sent me the passenger side for 120$ shipped and they are bright and they look amazing! I have a 2013 c63 with 39,000 miles.

The LED's should still be fine, it's the driver that drives them that more than likely went out. I don't know if their is any access to the electronics of it or where it might be, but I could almost guarantee that the driver or electronic board that lights it up is to blame.

op posted a pic of the whip just because he doesn't like threads without pics.
i like your style.
whats really annoying is when people post that they just got a new car and no pics.
This had nothing to do with your situation, sue me.

Haha , I agree though. At least throw in some type of picture of a car, even a random image from google will do.
