2008 C63 buying advice
Hi guys.
New here, and contemplating either a 211 E55 or possibly a C63.
I found one locally, and will be checking it out this weekend. 77k miles, 4 owners, some service history. Doesn't appear headbolts have been done, but a buddy of mine who's an MB tech says it's not a very common issue and can be fixed before it grenades.
It's priced at $24,900 right now and they've had it for a few months so I think I could get them down more. With the mileage, the headbolt potenial issue and 4 owners could this even be worth it?

I like the color! The backseat would bother me though and I would want some more $$ knocked off since retail has dropped like crazy on the 08's and 09's. My 08 is at 101k miles now and the seats look damn near perfect!

If the car checks out, I'd try to get it for $24 even. I doubt they will do much more than the asking price. Lots of dealers list a pretty firm online price these days and deal with $300 margins. The rear seats had kid car seats installed for some time and also look like there are sunscreen "stains" on them. A good detailing will get them cleaned up but the dents may never recover 100%.
