Factory HID Headlight Flickers

My first issue with my car from time to time my stock headlights flicker on and off. Anyone have this problem? My car is 2010. Looks like I will test out that Fidelity warranty.

I would bet on headlight switch. I had to replace mine a month ago due to random eye brow light up in the middle of the night which progressed to headlights coming on then off in the middle of the day
