Weistec E63 11.25@126 Pics Inside
Finally made some good passes with my E. This was at Pacific Raceways just south of Seattle. After the track prep got good, the car would dead hook on the Mickey Thompsons. This was full weight with a half tank of gas. I'd like to get the tcu/conductor plate out to Weistec for the tune next.
There was an S55 (high 12s), 2013 E63 (low 13s/traction issues), full bolt on E55 on drag radials (11.4@120), SL65 that wasn't racing, and my car. It was a good time to say the least.

My last pass of the day I left as hard as I could off the brake. It dead hooks and was pulling 1.7s. The E55 was in the high 1.6s, but I'm sure his car makes much more torque then mine. We will see what it does next time out. I don't like race gas. Its a street car, and it gets pump.
I'd really like to hook up a wideband and see if it can be leaned out at all.

1.71 60 is great for a e63 witch is a very heavy car! 126 mph is even better. sounds like the track was in good shape already and your motor is making steam.
ill be out there next t/t with one of my cars!

Yup. It was the second one of the year. Once some of the slick cars started running the track prep was great. What is done to your C63 65fastback?

My c63 is bone stock , my fastback is a full interior street car but it has a roll cage because i have to for the track....the motor is a dart block 363 n/a , trans is a c4 with a 4500-4800 stall, 3.73 rear gear, upgraded fuel system ect.... runs 11.0x @122 mph my 60s range from 1.55 to 1.65 depending on the track conditions. Been aiming for high tens with the current motor but no go yet. Very frustrating! Its white with red shelby strips, i am sure i will see you out there this season soon!

My engine and trans is totally stock. I'll keep an eye out for you at the track. I'll be out there often even if I'm not racing my car.
I'm wondering if my car has 1.6s in it. My last pass I came off the brake as hard as I could. It was still a 1.7, and I staged as shallow as I could. There was an E55 pulling mid 1.6s, but he was on a 190mm pulley making way more torque then me. I got 0 wheel spin. I could feel the rear end squirm as it was going to start to spin about 30 feet out, but it never does.

a smaller tire might net you a better 60 but you prolly know this..., how tall is your M/T ? 26 or 28?

Are you running with traction control on, Sport, or off?

if i remember correctly charlie kay was running MT tyres when his car was N/A and when he changed over to the stickier hoosier tyres his 60ft dropped immediately
I cant comment on if your tyres spin or not cause im not there but hoosiers are proven on a c63s and i have run lots of 1.6 60ft and im pretty sure some of the guys on this forum have even cut a 1.5 high 60ft
alot better then 1.7
