Weird humming from front wheels

I have a semicircular driveway that has two inclined entry points leading up to a flattish section. When I drive up it and then turn left or right, the inside front wheel makes a humming sound. This has started happening only recently, and seems to be getting worse (i.e., the hum happens more readily; it used to only happen at the most extreme incline points but now happens at less extreme inclines). Does anyone know wth this could be?

In case anyone was curious, I asked my indie about this today. He said it's most likely not the bearings bc it doesn't happen all the time, and also doesn't happen specifically "while driving at about 30-40 mph". He suggested that it may be the edge of the pads rubbing against the rotor lip due to turning the wheels on an incline. He told me how to test it out, but of course now I can't get it to make the hum even though I've tried a dozen times.

if pad is touching the rotor then means rotor is bending. rotor connected to hub, hub has bearing. amirite
