Vibration on steering wheel/rack
The car has 45000 miles, there seems to be a lot of vibration transfering through the steering wheel or rack when going over bumpy When turning lock to lock, it actually the steering rack actually vibrates and rattles.
Any one experienced similar issues?

Your best bet is to put the car on a lift and inspect the steering\suspension linkage!!
