C63 Performance steering wheel
does Mercedes offer any electronic steering wheels like BMW does? with shift lights and other information? totally unnecessary but totally cool.

No MB does not have this, I wish they did because I loved my Performance wheel on my last BMW.

Just FYI, our instrument cluster does pretty much everything the M performance wheel does including lap times etc. Just without the shift lights and the G force meter.
