p0430 code
I have a 09 c63 and I received this code after I had my mbh headers installed with mid section and x pipe. I do not have a cat and I have my v5 tune from eurocharge. Do you think the installer didn't install the 02 sensors correctly or they gave out.
thanks

My guess is the code is not turned off. I suppose that has to be a request made to the tuner when you do a tune. Since tuners dont just shut codes off for no reason.
There is a possibility that your o2 sensor just crapped out. They can go at any time really. Seeing that only one code is showing up (please confirm you only have one code) you could try and take your rear o2 sensors and swap them from passenger to driver and see if the code flips over to the other bank. Right now your code is for Bank 2 post catalyst. So the o2 that could be in question is the rear passenger side sensor. What you would want to see is the code move. meaning it goes away on one side but shows up in the other side of the system.
First and foremost make sure you only have one code showing up that relates to your o2 sensors.
If you have 2 codes (on for the driver and passenger side) the chance of those o2 sensors being bad still exists. However it would most likely indicate that you should speak with your tuner and let them know of the awesome mods you installed and you would like to make an equally as awesome adjustment to the tune.
Hope this helps. -Mike
