? For Houston Owners About MB Sugar Land

Recently had my schedule A service performed there and was happy with the experience, especially since it was substantially less than what MB of Greenway Plaza quoted. Anyway, has anyone had any problems being tuned and getting warranty work. Thinking about going Eurochatged. I know I can always flash back to stock for warranty work, but I'm always worried that there's some kind of flash counter. Has anyone had any problems?

Thanks

They have treated me and my family well over the years.

I used to be able to buy parts on-line and have them installed for labor rates.... but they shut that down saying I had to buy the parts from them.

Other than that small road-block, they have been good to work with.

I had a tune and major mods (s/c, cams, ex, tune) on my old clk55 and it was under warranty at the time...... I never had any warranty repair work that was associated with the engine mods....... they did not refuse to fix the un-related body, suspension, interior warranty work whil'st car was in such a mod'd state. But that is no guarantee if my trans, rear, or motor blew up that my (s/c, cams, ex, tune, ported heads) would not have denied my claims GL.

They're on the wrong side of town for me so I've only used them once, but it was a good experience. Shawn Sharp was the SA, and I was very impressed with both the shop work and the SA. He's a motorhead, knows EC, and will take good care of you.

That's odd. There's no reason why you can't buy parts and have them install them, and fwiw, they just installed my ROW boxes (I know easy install should've done it myself but they only charged me $60). Anyway, you might want to revisit that.

They have treated me well as to warranty and service work, and they've got some good service advisors who will work with you closely (Shawn is great) -- full disclosure, you might want to read the thread I posted a while back on their service tech crashing my car. That was a freak situation though, and after a fair amount of back and forth, they took care of me and I have no complaints at this time.
