2014 C63 vs 2015 c63 507 traction

Recently traded in my 2014 C63 with contis for a 2015 C63 507 with yokohamas--neither has LSD. Both have new tires with about 2k miles. Loved the 2014 so much I wanted more, and always wanted the 507.

2014 had 19K miles, pulled hard from a standstill and would spin the tires anytime I hit the gas from about 1/2 of the way down.

2015 has 2400 miles, seems to pull equally hard from a standstill, then seems to progressively pull a bit harder than my 2014 through the mid-range. But I barely spin the tires, even when stomping on it to the floor.

I know traction = faster launches, but I kind of enjoyed breaking the backend loose. Wondering if the yokohamas would make that much of a difference, or if there's something wrong, or if the engine will open up after more miles? Doesn't make much difference launching in C, S, or S+ in terms of wheel spin.

Launching in C would be hilarious. Be sure to check out read THE OFFICIAL W204 AMG FAQ (Including Stickies) and New here, and want to know how to find your info?. Getting a LSD will help with the wheel spin. If you are wanting to have the back end more loose though, turn off traction control. I look forward to seeing the thread "No traction, 507 wrecked".

Congrats though on the purchase/upgrade, be sure to post some pics!

Are they Yokohama AD08Rs? If so, there is a HUGE traction difference. The contis are terrible. Even going from contis to PSS, my wheelspin was greatly reduced. And then when I added the LSD, almost no wheelspin now.
