Help me diagnose a front end vibration felt through steering wheel?

I have a vibration felt through the steering wheel which feels as though its coming from the right front. It occurs at 70-80MPH (its probably there at lower speeds but its so minute I don't know if its real or i'm overthinking it). Its the typical back and fourth tug type of vibration that you get with a bent wheel.

I only feel this in the mornings when the temps are cooler, in the afternoons when its warmed its basically gone.

Wheels and tires have been balanced twice, and techs assure me wheels are round (haven been able to inspect this myself).

I had the control arm bushings inspected by MB dealership and they say they are OK as well (wasn't available to look under the car when it was on the lift unfortunately)

This may be totally unrelated, but when going over bumps or potholes or pavement cracks at low speed, the front right has a small knocking sound, which 'sounds' like two loose things bumping on each other, although nothing feels wrong at all in the steering and this sound has been there for a few years now. (Vibration is new for about a month)

Assuming the techs are competent and the wheels/tires and control arm bushings are ok, does anyone else have any ideas?

Did you get a regular tire balance or a road force balance? I literally just got my tires road force balanced and my vibrations are gone. That might be a starting point.

it could be you rotors...or also a strut mount going bad, especially since it can be felt when you are going over bumps. I know my 911 made a little noises and had similar symptoms and it was a strut mount bearing...?
