I'm not doubting the time is legit. What I think is the information is no right because 655 whp for a stage 3 seems to low for a stage 3. And 3,850 too heavy to make 9.9 with this power.

he ran 10.4 at 134 with stock auto pump fuel 67 mm pulley no front runners

physics said that you need 750 rwhp to move 3,850 pounds car in 9.9 @ 140 mph on a 1/4 mile. And if the car has 655 rwhp it needs to weight 3300 pound W/D. So I think they should be making 740-760 rwhp and that's what a stage 3 with a 60 pulley produce.

If you look at the video on FPV you will see he had no front seats either and the owners partner has confirmed this, the car was fully stripped. 3800lbs is not right, that is almost the weight of a full weight C63.
The time is right and he ran 9 runs at 140mph on the day with this being the quickest. Bloody good time for a stock internal car.

He ran 10.4 with front runners and no rear seats originally. Only difference this time is he went higher boost, built tranny and stripped out more weight.

I don't know what was taken out of the car but it was weighed on the day and came in at over 1700kg with driver

Charlie can you confirm what you had at the time? From memory you were the stage 3, race gas, slicks front runner, no interior, 60mm pulley etc.

Just to be clear I am not doubting it's true. I just thought that there was an error on whp or weight info. I know a stage 3 can make 100 more whp. so it could get a lot better. Again It's a tremendous achievement, congratulations!!

I have not run the 60mm with stock motor but before the blower and built engine I ran 720 rwhp on nitrous in a half mile event and it hold pretty well. But the tranny was stock and start sliping.

The time is possible but like I said, needed more boost and less weight.

Sonny must have a bad memory. The pulley didn't snap off until 13/01/16.
The car went out that night and made 2 passes before the pulley snapped off, a 10.30 @ 135mph and 10.36 @ 136mph. This was with the same wheel and tyre combo as the 9.9 run, full stripped interior, and had built tranny.
That was the cars quickest ET prior to last Sunday.
