On my 2012 lowered on KWV3 I am running 19x8.5 ET +42 with a 13mm spacer and I have no issues with rubbing with MPSS 235/35/19. Not sure if it would rub with 245/35/19. I am running over 3 degrees of negative camber.
On my 2010 I think most of the issue was with the diameter of the 245s with H&R springs.
I think you will be fine with +35. I am going to run 9x20 +35 with 245 /30/20 when my new wheels arrive. I hope I have the measurements correct.
I am lowered on h&rs! I am running tires that tend to run a little smaller. I would compare them to an averaged size 265 tire. The fronts are 45 offset. On top of that I also have a 12mm spacer which would make it 33. It does rub very slightly in the front over big dips but nothing serious! I just love the flush look it has right now so it doesn't bother me! lol
Looks awesome! Reminds me of the Niche Misano which I was debating on for my 14; ended up going with the Essens as I think the straight cut spokes fit and look better on our boxy/edgy cars.

It was a 45 offset! where did you find 47?
I saw 19x9.5 ET 47 on the Aspire Motoring site. I just looked again and now it says 45. Maybe I made a mistake selecting wheel sizes earlier? Sorry for the confusion.
