This was me as well in my 09. I used the key within a key and popped my trunk and unhooked the battery and waited a half hour. It was fine. I was fully expecting it to happen again later and have to drag the car in, but it was just the one time. Exactly as you described it JR.

Nowadays with all the electronics involved I sort of assume that anything can need a reboot once in a while whether it be my computer, phone, car or washing machine. But I was sort of dreading being stranded somewhere without a single In-N-Out anywhere in sight lol.
