So I was just educated by RBM of Atlanta that only the Base Warranty is transferable, if passed through a retail seller. Warranty extensions are transferable, but only on person to person sales. "This is to protect the integrity of the certification and prevent non Mercedes-Benz dealers from marketing certified vehicles".
So here are the details:
Base Mervedes Warranty is good through 4/29/2017
Prepaid Maintenance is good through 4/29/2019

Wow...at this thread.
It reminds me of my former, ex friend who asked why I paid 33k for a 2011 c63 when i could have bought a brand new c series for that much. I tried explaining myself but the more simple solution was to defriend stupid.
